Code Talkers Engineering LLC ("CTE," "we," "us," or "our") is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Native American-Owned defense engineering and cybersecurity consultancy headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through codetalkerseng.com(the "Site").

We collect information only when you actively provide it:

• Contact form submissions: Name, email address, organization, subject, and message when you submit the contact form.
• Slick sheet download requests: Name, email address, and optionally organization when you request our capabilities overview.
• Client portal accounts: Email address when you create a portal account via email/password or Google Sign-In.
• Analytics data: Page views and interaction events via Firebase Analytics — only if you explicitly consent via the cookie consent prompt. No analytics are collected prior to your consent.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, payment card information, health data, or government-issued identification through this Site.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Respond to your inquiries and contact form submissions
• Deliver capabilities documents you request
• Provide and maintain your client portal access
• Send you information about programs or opportunities you have expressed interest in

• Firebase Analytics: Collects anonymized usage data — only activated after your explicit consent.

Google's data practices are governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use a single browser localStorage key (cte_analytics_consent) to remember your analytics preference. We use session cookies (__session) for client portal authentication. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

6. Data Retention

Contact form submissions and lead information are retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected and to comply with applicable business records requirements. Portal accounts are retained until you request deletion.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting info@codetalkerseng.com. We will respond within 30 days. Residents of California and Colorado may have additional rights under applicable state privacy law.

8. Children's Privacy

This Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected by an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
